We had an amazing stay. The food was great, the staff were really friendly and the kidz club was excellent. Snorkelling with the fish just arms length away was fantastic and our son tried to catch the fish with his bare hands! The pool was a bit cold for us, but the beach made up for it!! Beautiful grounds and facilities - we would definitely go back!

Terrible service! We arrived early and our room wasn't available yet which was fine, but then after coming back twice after the normal check in time they tried to check us in to an inferior room to our booking and we then had to wait until after dinner until our room was available. I know sometimes things don't happen according to plan and it wasn't the end of the world, but the fact that at no stage any of the staff even so much as offered an apology was simply appaulling. Add to that they failed to follow through on making activity and restaurant bookings we requested and that another couple came very close to missing their plane because the hotel did not make their wake up call there is no way I could ever recommend this hotel.

The hotel and the staff were great, very helpful and friendly, unfortunately we had varied weather but you can`t order that.The position on the beach by the lagoon was terrific and easy car or bus ride to town.

The hotel has lagoon with awesome marine life. Snorkelling there is fantastic. The food in the restaurant is fresh and delicious, a good choice of drinks in the bar. Island Nights (dance show) is very worth to see. Our room was ok, but not the best, coz located somewhere in the backyard. The territory is nice, full of flowers and various greenery. The hotel run a lot of activities during the day like walking tours, fish feeding or hats making.
