OK central location (except for redlight bars if you have kids); friendly staff and good clean rooms however street noise in late evening/early morning and breakfast trolleys from 0630 hours are a nuisance if you're trying to sleep after late night.

The hotel staff were very pleasant & helpful. The bed in the room consisted of two large single beds pushed together with a plank of wood between the beds to infill the gap that made the beds more uncomfortable than they already were. The noise levels in the rooms were extremely bad as you could here a pin drop in the adjoining rooms the noise from the street meant that you could not get to sleep & when you finally dozed off from exhaustion. The hotel staff started setting up for the next day at 5 am with a truck emptying bins & trolleys bumping over tiled floors & doors slamming, all in all not a pleasant place to stay. I will not be retuning to this hotel it is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in.

It's in a pretty quiet location a bit away from the night bazaar, though you can walk there in about 10 minutes. Also very close to the old city and the Thapae gate. There's a lot of attention to detail; the service is polite and helpful and the breakfast buffet is great. The lady at the tour desk was particularly helpful. The room was perfectly okay. Overall, it's pretty good value for money - we would definitely stay there again.

With its excellent location in the center of Chiang Mai and its servce with several promotions for Food and Spa, its welcome fruit scale, free internet, we enjoyed very much our stay at this hotel with its Thai style, more than worth its price

Ok stay. Location close to Night Bazzar but in the "brothel" part of town. Many bars with their ladies sitting out the front. Quite dated rooms - need upgrading.

Great location for both the old city and the new one with the night market. Decent cleanlyness and facilities - but not outstanding. All in all good value for price.

Very good location. Friendly staff and they speak fairly good English. Plenty of restaurants of various cuisines and plenty of Thai massage centres nearby. Worth staying there again.

Staff were friendly, able to book tours etc, great location, not a big walk to night markets, restaurants, pubs etc. We loved Chiang Mai

On our 2nd stay, although we booked for a twin bedded room, they switched us to a King bedded room after getting our permission. The air condition in the room was defective, they repaired it but it was not working properly after a while. The next morning we asked for a fan to be installed in the room. Apart from this, we think the hotel is value for money. The staff are courteous and helpful

Very clean and well-situated hotel, close to the old city. Very helpful service. Very nice breakfast buffet. Only positive feedback, and it's really worth it for the price.

A lovely guesthouse in a great location near the markets and nightlife. Very friendly and helpful staff and a decent-sized room in N.Thai style - lots of wood and a huge bathroom! (ok, we had a suite, but well worth the extra cost). Try a massage in the spa after a day out....wunderbaa! Didn't eat at the hotel besides the breakfast, which was ok.

Very well decorate rooms in a convenient loction. We went for the "deluxe package" and when you consider free breakfast, free transfers and free spa, the price was excellent. Would stay again,
