OK central location (except for redlight bars if you have kids); friendly staff and good clean rooms however street noise in late evening/early morning and breakfast trolleys from 0630 hours are a nuisance if you're trying to sleep after late night.

The hotel staff were very pleasant & helpful. The bed in the room consisted of two large single beds pushed together with a plank of wood between the beds to infill the gap that made the beds more uncomfortable than they already were. The noise levels in the rooms were extremely bad as you could here a pin drop in the adjoining rooms the noise from the street meant that you could not get to sleep & when you finally dozed off from exhaustion. The hotel staff started setting up for the next day at 5 am with a truck emptying bins & trolleys bumping over tiled floors & doors slamming, all in all not a pleasant place to stay. I will not be retuning to this hotel it is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in.

It's in a pretty quiet location a bit away from the night bazaar, though you can walk there in about 10 minutes. Also very close to the old city and the Thapae gate. There's a lot of attention to detail; the service is polite and helpful and the breakfast buffet is great. The lady at the tour desk was particularly helpful. The room was perfectly okay. Overall, it's pretty good value for money - we would definitely stay there again.

With its excellent location in the center of Chiang Mai and its servce with several promotions for Food and Spa, its welcome fruit scale, free internet, we enjoyed very much our stay at this hotel with its Thai style, more than worth its price

recommended stay. Excellent service. Large rooms. good breakfast. Dinner was not very good, but we enjoyed that elsewhere.
