Ramee Guestline Hotel Muscat Guest Reviews
although not a bad hotel in most respects the quality of customer service just wasn't good enough. Infact;it was appaling considering the price of the hotel.

I got upgraded from a single room to a junior suite. Thus it is hard to say anything about the pricing. The cleanliness was not too good. Bathroom clean and clean sheets but the room carpet and the cupboard was not properly cleaned. Personel very friendly and service minded. I stayed on the 6th floor which was quiet.

Price is high for the room supplied. That seems to be a Middle East problem though. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the staff were attentive and polite.

The hotel is rather correct for the price in the high price enviroment of Muscat. Location is quiet, rooms are spatious and well equiped (double room even had a tea pot, while twin lacked it). Breakfast is fine, swimming pool works now from 9 am till 6 pm. Reception is very friendly and helpfull. Beach nearbuy with the tide is too shallow to enjoy in the morning and day time, while is OK in the evening (6 pm is dark already, so one swim is possible only).

Good value for Muscat . Room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was pretty comprehensive and very nice that it was included in room rate. On-site Indian restaurant very good. Swimming pool / gym a bit small and pointless. Think of it as a good value 3+ star hotel, rather than a 4* and you won't be disappointed.
