Location
Ramayana Resort & Spa is situated in the heart of Kuta, two and a half kilometres from Ngurah Rai International Airport. While on vacation, tourists have family-friendly fun at Waterbom Water Park and visit the temple Pura Petitenget.

The location is great, that was the reason we booked this hotel. But with the price they charged, you can get nicer hotels in other area. When we arrived they didn't give us welcome drinks. The room was very standard, the remote control for the tv was not working. The worst was that when we checked out, they tried to charge us for some snack from the mini bar that we didn't take. After some arguing they didn't charge us, but it was a bad experience.

Compared to other hotels i have stayed in Bali, We found the rooms a little small and dingy for the cost. here was also nowhere to sit outside the room as the balcony was poky and noisy. The breakfast was fairly verage and the service was not so good. Overall ok for a few days but I don't think I would stay for any length of time/

Club Room was above expectations and all the staff were exceedingly helpful, very central location, will definitely stay here again.

It is located directly across the lane from a nightclub with doof doof music. If you are a light sleeper, maybe its best to request a room that faces the courtyard. If you are thinking of booking the triple room, pls click on the extra bed, cos the rate shown is not the actual deal....which we found out the hard way. Location wise, its really good....right smack in the middle of everything. U can't pick a better located hotel in Kuta. The buffet breakfast is average but considering its included, theres nothing to complain there. Food options are basic around the hotel. The best seems to the hotel restaurant. Food presentation is fantastic but the taste is only average.
