fantastic experience...booked this for overnight for wedding but will definitely be back with the kids...unusual to find any staff involved in service industry who are happy in their work....but all the staff here were prepared to go the extra mile and looked as if they were enjoying it....thanks for looking after us

It suited my purposes perfectly I would only say that the room and bathroom weren't very clean. Only the floors really, The hoover hadn't been used much and there were recent stains on the bathroom floor.

My most unpleasent experience in recent times - and it was all little things, no remote control for the TV, grubby bathroom, cold bedroom, tripping over the vacuum cleaner flex as I left my room for breakfast because it was left trailing accross my doorway, slightly snotty morning staff, vastly overpriced breakfast which was charged seperately, bad value for money. On the positive side the evening staff were lovely.

although this hotel is fairly new there was a leak in the bathroom floor, damp patches on the walls and several appliances were broken.
