The bed was comfortable, but everything else was some sort of a problem - from a bathtub with a tub mat that began to break into particles in the hot water, to dingy carpet, inconvenient coffee maker, and a door that did not seem to lock securely. And the heater looked like something out of a junk yard. It would be nice to see the care given to the lounge and lobby make it to the place where the guests actually sleep.

I've being staying at the Ramada Westshore for one week during Thanksgiving. First I have to acknowledge every member of the staff at the frontdesk, they are very welcoming. Being in the first hours of the day or in late evening, I have always felt pampered. Their warmth and service-oriented attitude is very good plus in the overall experience. And they are pros !!! Any request has been treated with corteousness and timely execution. This being said, some parts of the hotel are starting showing their age and wear. I.e. some rooms' sinks, bath tubes, lifts, floor mats. You have to check the room before you settle, because they are uneven in quality. Breakfast is really light compared to some other Ramada Inns. In retrospect, price against conditions. It's a good deal. Overrall experience is that one of the mid-range hotel =comfort, clean, serviceable.

The location was good for business, close to the airport, had breakfast and included hi speed internet in the price of the room, which is always a benefit. The hotel was well kept in the common areas, just the rooms are dated, and no thrills. The staff was first rate! Would stay again.
