Only cold food available in restaurant on a saturday night and must drive to find restaurant. Otherwise excellent, friendly staff, easy to find.

Nice new hotel, however, the mattress and pillow are hard and there were no extra pillows in the wardrobe.

Good hotel but if you are booking with the thought that it is very close to the exhibition centre and you can walk to it - think again. You HAVE to get a taxi, as the receptionist said it's too dangerous to walk. There are lots of roadworks around and the A1 Autostada to cross(underpass?). Having said all of this the staff were very friendly and helpful and we would stay there again.

This was one of 6 hotels we stayed at in Italy on our recent trip. It was by far the best of the lot and represented an excellent value. No facet of the facility, our room, the service, cleaniness or other characteristics was well beyond what we had come to expect after staying in several four star establishments run by some of your competitors. This was art of our 40th wedding anniversary trip and a member of your staff (Isy or Isabella) made our dinner there special after we mentioned the occassion. Thank you again - I would recommend this hotel without reservation to anyone at any income or price level no matter how particular they are.
