Very nice lobby and spaces. AC broken in my room for first two nights and nobody ever came after complaints. Moved to other room. Some staff very good others show no concern. Typical medium to lower grade chinese hotel experience, not what I expected for Western hotel brand. Asked bellhop to c all me a taxi. Waited for one hour and still no taxi. Find the bellhop several times asking. Only shrug shoulders, no taxi for you. Went out on street and got one myself.
