friendly and co operative staff were of great assistance. would recommend an english version of the voice messages be incorporated in the telephone system, or a direct recording facility be incorporated.

We did order a double, but we got a twin. Also they were very disorganised when we arrived. Room was great though and so was the revolving restaurant.

the service was very slow... the personnel don't smile. one day, I order a coke, I still waiting the coke. I never see it.
