I had booked this hotel for an overnight stay at LA. In 30 mins of my possession of the room, I had to make 2 trips to the front desk. The room given to me had a jacuzzi which could be switched on but refused to shut down. The front desk guy simply mentioned 'He cannot do anything about it' and agreed to give another room. Now this new room had no jacuzzi (not that I was complaining) but the phone did not work. Again I checked with the front desk who mentioned he could not do anything and he'll change the room. I had lost patience by then.

Has a very open "cancun" style to it, nice waterfalls and decent rooms, only thing that wasnt great was location, but yoy get what you pay for!

The front desk person was beyond good, she new and loved her job, making it that much better for us. We had a couple problems with the room which they sent someone right away to fix, all and all it was a good Exp.

We got to L.A. late at night. The hotel says they have a shuttle bus but it only runs until 10:30pm. No big deal since its close to the airport and a cab ride isn't expensive (there was a $19 minimum tho on the cab ride). We got to the hotel and found out they over booked the hotel so they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. The hotel restaurant was a little too pricey and the food was bland. Beware the potato salad because I think it was spoiled the night we dined there. The staff was friendly which surprised me due to negative reviews I've read. Over all the hotel was ordinary but it did not really matter since we just slept there and explored L.A. during the day.

Hotel only runs 1 airport shuttle and wait for shuttle after call was over 30 minutes while other hotels came by multiple times. Hotel is "worn" and in need of upkeep. Bathroom, while clean, showed wear and tear (rm 215). Dinner buffet was reasonably prices but average in quality. Would not pick this hotel again.
