Very rundown looking and the service desk is not very capable. They seem to get as much wrong as they can possibly manage. Internet is very, very poor. You have to hunt around in the lobby for a spot that actually works.

Needs a bit of a facelift but okay for an overnight stop. Very convenient for the airport and free shuttle bus service is good.

Located very close to JFK and very easy access via mono rail and then hotel shuttle bus. We were in our room within an hour of our flight landing. Rooms were dated but acceptable for the price. Bar and dining were fine in a 50's kind of way (very good service) and prices were reasonable. Gym was adequate to help get over jet lag. Easy to get a cab or hotel car and large modern shopping centre 5 mins by cab. Would stay again. Good after a very long flight from Oz.

The wireless gave me problems and the location was not good for an extended stay. The bar and restaurante were good. I would only recommend this place if you have an extended layover via JFK airport.
