Location
The Marco Polo Hotel is between Bal Harbour and Hollywood on Sunny Isles Beach. The Aventura Mall is close by, along with the Diplomat Golf and Country Club. Fort Lauderdale Airport is 11 miles away.
Rooms
Rooms enjoy ocean or bay views, particularly on the higher floors. All rooms have air conditioning, in-room safe deposit boxes and refrigerators.
Restaurant
The Ramada Marco Polo offers a complimentary buffet breakfast which is served in the restaurant. Lunch and dinner can be enjoyed at the Poolside Cafe and bar, in the lounge or at the Pizza Bianco.
General
The Ramada Marco Polo Miami Beach Resort offers a huge pool and sundeck with lounge chairs overlooking the beautiful sandy beach. Work out in the state-of-the-art fitness room and health club or relax in the piano bar. Small pets are welcomed at an additional daily rate and valet parking is available.

Ramada Marco Polo Miami Beach Resort Guest Reviews
Charged $10/day resort fee that i didn't know about. Included cable TV, internet, etc... Only parking was $18/day valet service. A/C thermostat didn't work right, had to ask to unclog tub drain, tv remote didn't work,. Normally not picky, but expected more for what i paid. Good beach location.

One side, nice location and opportunity to cook in the room. Another side food from neighbors was smelly sometimes. Be aware it. Generally, hotel is very worn, and receptionists doesn't respond to request (in my case it was broken lamp).

The photos are not according with the reallity, the hotel have a older furniture and the building need maintenance. You need to pay extra 18 USD by parking day, and 10 USD for service. In case thar you decide to request your car, you need to call at least with 30 minutes fordward your exit otherwise you need to wait, that was a really bottleneck in the service in that hotel. The beach is beutiful the water is warm and the weather of Miami is wonderfull, so I would like to enjoy more my trip and more the hotel but maybe in other ocassion

The hotel was very clean and well kept, kitchen in room is clean and worked and looked great, the staff was attentive. It right on beach, the pool was clean. All the beaches are public so on wknds it was busy during the week very quiet. Area around hotel is very quiet no night life. Great for families. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because it is average no over the top or fancy stuff. I would definietly go back. Buses run in front of hotel to S. Beach.

Very poor customer service, staff are rude and not friendly. I hear them complaining of being overworked, hence, the poor service. Forget the free continental breakfast, it consist of coffee, piece of toast, danish bread, and a banana The service is very poor in their restaurant. Linen smells and carpets needs vacuuming. Stay away! There are better hotels in the vicinity, shop around please.
