Was good location, room was decent, bed a bit hard. Staff was nice. The only complaint I have is the sqaure in front of the hotel with fountian and benches...at night became where pimps and shady people were hanging out. So if u come back to the hotel after 9 or want to get some fresh air be prepared to be harasses by pimps nonstop.

Lovely hotel right in the middle of Bucharest close to a metro so great for getting to anywhere in the city. would definately stay here again. Ignore previous comments about the staff. We found everyone very nice and helpful

aircon didnt work--breakfast poor for a 4 star--room very claustrophobic--staff good and efficient--central location--not good value for money compared to other hotels so wont stay again
