Ramada London Ealing Hotel Guest Reviews
Ok as a 3 star hotel and located close to Ealing Common tube station. However, reception staff were unsmiling and disinterested, could not decide what to do with our Hotel Club confirmation voucher or deal with the fact that the accommodation had been prepaid. When we checked out they tried to charge us again. Once more, we explained the situation and gave them a second signed confirmation voucher when they could not find the first one. The receptionist then said that he would reverse the second charge but, on checking our credit card bill when we arrived home, we found that it had gone through anyway. We now have to recover the money.

Everything was as you would expect from that type of hotel. However, staff at Reception did keep us waiting at one time while they were busy chatting amongst themselves. There was also only one set of towels in the bathroom.

I have used this hotel purely for its location.

Value for money. The room is very comfortable and very clean. tube station 300 metres.

Everything was good except our car was damaged in the car park resulting in several hundred pounds of damage. Of course the culprit didn't report it.
