Comfortable beds in a big room, quiet when I was there. Front-desk staff helpful and cordial. Although not located near tourist attractions, the light-rail stop across the street makes moving around Phoenix and getting to the airport very easy. Grocery store a minute's walk away for basics for the room's microwave. Good desk for working although I had to nudge the TV console to access the power point. I would stay here again.

checked in, found hair and dead bugs in the bed, checked out. Don't waste your money!

Upon entry to the room we found dead bugs and hair in the mattress. Huge waste of money, do not waste your time and money. Bad neighborhood, bad hotel, bad choice .Please remove this hotel from your list of approved hotels. They are giving you a bad reputation. I would love to apply for a refund however not possible. No one should have to travel 3000 miles and then face this on the other end.

Upon checking into this hotel we went up to our room and I did a quick room check. I always check beds, floors etc now at all hotels I go to due to the rising issue with bed bugs in this country and some unfortunate experiences of friends. I was horrified to find a lot of hair on the boxspring between the mattress and headboard as well as what appeared to be dead bugs (very small, not sure if they were spiders, head lice, beds bugs or what). When we went down to the hotel registry they told us there was nothing they could do about a refund since we booked through orbitz and not ramada. Stay away from this motel! Luckily, I was able to make a last minute booking through hotwire for a fantastic resort nearby for $70 a night. This was my first booking through orbitz (and my last). Hotwire has never let me down.
