I stayed at this hotel for a night in the Bay Area. The staff was really friendly. I was able to check-in early from an early flight in. The hotel covers taxi fare to/from SFO Intl. Airport. The continental breakfast offered the basics and was good. Overall, highly recommend for value.

Elevator did not work and had to use stairs. My room was on the fourth floor. Linens and towels were dingy but I could tell they had been washed. They need to be replaced. Location was convenient to airport which made this selection a plus for the price.

Breakfast was good but more variety of choices would be great. Parking was free and right on the hotel. The only problem was the elevator. It was not working during our entire stay.

Good hotel overall, no major issues. Was easy to get around the area and into the city. No complaints...Would have liked to see a bit more variety at the breakfast.

While the room condition was acceptable, I requested a wake up call each night (3) and the 1st two were missed all together. Fortunately, the 3rd did come through & I caught my early a.m. flight. The breakfast area is very small, ran out of coffee, little choices for a "Continental" breakfast & the staff seemed more interested to watch TV then attend to guests & pay attention to the (basic) details,
