The hotel has a great location, especially when driving to Orlando. There are a lot of restaurants nearby within walking distance. The breakfast was very basic and we chose to eat somewhere else. The room was simple, but the beds were fine. The bathroom was clean, and for this price that was all we wanted.

This is another case of not putting any money back into your business. For a Ramada, the motel was in very sad shape. The beds were soft and lumpy, the bathroom has had many, "just get it fixed" type of repairs made over the years. The so called free Breakfast was a joke. Luckly, an IHOP an Steak & Shake was next door. Spend the extra bucks and stay someplace else. My two cents worth. 10/20/2011

We were going to ichetucknee springs and this was the best option as far as price vs convenience. The room was clean cool and quiet. The pool was in great shape and clean. Big perk. They serve a breakfast that was definitely worth indulging. Mainly for the Belgian waffles. It seems the place is owned by folks who are making improvements, which is great because the place is of a 70-80s motel structure. All in all great room for a great price also in the most conveniently located spot in the lake city area. Lots of restaurants, stores, and even Starbucks.
