We stayed two days. Good room good price. I would recommend.

While two of my three nights at the hotel were fine, one night featured a cockroach in the sink and massive water noise at 3:00 A.M. whoever was running the bath very loudly caused gross looking water to back up into my sink and tub. I had to clean it out as I had to take a shower and leave in the morning.

Needed someplace near the 405 freeway as I had to drive to Santa Clarita area a few times to apt search with my son. The Ramada is just 1 block away (Venice Blvd. exit) and has easy on/off access. Clean, well decorated room. Continental breakfast is included which makes it a very good value. My room was at the back of the hotel so didn't hear any freeway noise. Front desk staff was efficient. I usually stay further north (West LA or the south part of SF Valley) but will definitely consider this location again.
