Very friendly and helpful staff. A good hotel for one night's stay if you are coming to or leaving Morocco by the airport in Casablanca.

The hotel is currently being renovated and it needs it, especially the bathrooms. Good service and a good, central location.

I faced a lot of trouble while staying at this hotel, especially in terms of cleaniness and facilties available. The service is also very poor. In addition, the reception refused to accept the printed voucher that clearly indicated "Free Breakfast" as part of the package and insisted that I have to pay for it. I was really disappointed with that incident. However, I refused to pay for something which was part of the package. Moreover, my friends were automatically charged for breakfast service they haven't consumed. The hotel later rectified the latter incident only.

This is not a Ramada of a North American quality. It was decent enough, and better than some of the other same priced hotels in the area. The "hot" breakfast was mostly cereal, rolls, croisents, and other breads. Hot might refer to the coffee and the tea.
