For the condition of the hotel, the rate was high! In today's world, any hotel that charges by the 1/2 hour for access to wi-fi will NEVER get my business again!

The hotel is situated in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui and that's mostly what's going for them. My hotel room was really small since I got a single kng bed. I wish I had asked for a room that had two beds just so that I have a bigger room because I could barely walk around in mine as it is.

If you're travelling and wanting a good budget hotel with a great location, this is the hotel for you. One thing I truly appreciated about this hotel aside from the awesome location for shopping, spas, restaurants and MTR location, is the the staff is truly honest! As my wife, 2 kids and I were going about our day's tour, my wife realized that she left her 2 expensive rings in the bathroom, obviously I had to take the MTR back to the hotel as fast as I could. Its been a few hours since we left the hotel, I thought the rings could have been gone and there would be nothing we could do about it, I was wrong. When I got back to the hotel, the cleaning lady just finished cleaning our room and when I entered the bathroom, the rings were placed nicely on the towel for us to see as soon as we got back. It turns out she called the front desk immediately as soon as she saw the rings and repoted it that we left them, the front desk just verified if I got the rings and everything was fine.

While I wasn't expecting the facilities to be up to standard of a 5 star hotel, I was expecting the staff to have some sort of customer service training. From the moment they slowly checked us in until they rushed us through their checkout process, it was almost as if they were doing us a favour by letting us pay to stay with them! The bathroom was rundown but fairly clean. The room was very tiny, there was barely enough room for two large suitcases to fit (in fact one had to live on the writing desk). The beds were small singles but ok in terms of soft/hardness. I think the one thing that let the hotel the most was the lack of interest shown by the front desk staff (the other members of staff were helpful).

We checked into Ramada at around 12midnight, arriving HK very late. I was travelling with my 2 yr. old son for the first time, and I commend the hotel for setting up a crib in our room. I didn't request for this, but the fact that they set it up in the room earns points for me. The rooms are quite small, but if you're not planning to stay in your room the whole day, it would do. Location is great for Tsim Sha Tsui shoppers. I was just disappointed that there was no cable tv hooked up. All channels I think were pay channels. And wifi isn't free either. I needed to pay by the hour. Although minimal, I think wifi should be free of charge. But over-all I was quite happy with Ramada. I will consider it when we return.

Good price for the size, reasonable location. Felt a little older. Charged for wireless internet access. Was close to a free shuttle bus stop that would take you to Kowloon station from which you could catch the airport express to the airport.

i commend this hotel for their very efficient staff. they have been very accomodating & very helpful in giving out directions. they are friendly & courteous at all times. the only negative comment i can give is the buffet breakfast which is priced at HK$ 71 (inc service charge)and was not very good for the price. very limited choices & taste was not satisfactory. i will recommend this hotel to friends & will stay here when i visit hongkong again.

Nice location for shopping and dinning. I was put in a room on the 4th floor and it was rather noisy. I recomand to have rooms on higher level of floors.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Also, they have a great breakfast buffet! The only bad thing about the hotel was that the "hot" water wasn't particularly hot. It was barely warm enough to take a bath/shower without getting goosebumps.

The location of this hotel is excellent, within easy walking distance of both the MTR and the KCR, as well as all the main attractions and shopping malls on Nathan Road and the Kowloon waterfront. The side streets leading over to Nathan are full of interesting small businesses to explore. The hotel is very accommodating about leaving luggage after check-out, while you shop. The beds are comfortable - not hard, as many hotels in H.K. are. The rooms all have safes and hair dryers. Hand towels in the bathroom would be nice. The operation of the T.V. can be confusing as there are many options - pay movies, et cetera. A simple explanation for regular T.V. watchers would help. We have not really made use of the other facilities in the hotel, as the location is so great for meeting our needs.
