It was the worst hotel I have ever been in. It is so dirty, very shady people hanging in the lobby, roaches in the rooms. I demanded a refund from the company I booked it with (O) and not only would they not give me one neither would the company. DO NOT STAY HERE.

While the room was clean and they provided soaps, shampoos, lot's of towels, the facility is not well suited for business travelers. My bathtub did not drain well so I took a shower standing in 2" of water. No on demand entertainment. The parking was tight, the lot filled with contractor's vehicles. The lot is difficult to get in and out of being located at a very busy, major intersection. You enter the rooms from the outside, I like rooms to be accessed from the inside. Free breakfast was offered but I didn't like the look of the dining room/bar and it was a short drive, long walk from my room. My chagrin that there was a nice new Comfort Inn across the street.

The room was tore up - the shower curtain rod and the clothing rack were one grasp from falling to the floor, the bedding was dirty and stained, however the staff was prompt about replacing with fresh and clean. We were allowed to move to another room which was not as bad - the linen was clean and the rods were not falling off, however both rooms were not well kept. I would not recommend, and maybe you should remove this one from your list of value lodging.

Front desk staff was friendly and responded promptly to a problem. However, cleanliness in a motel room is of great importance to me. When we arrived at about 10 p.m., the toilet seat in the room had dried urine all over it. Of all the places in a room that should be clean, it should be the toilet. Probably won't stay there again.

I stayed 1 night during my college homecoming. I stayed there last year and appreciated the proximity to the campus, along with the various nearby restaurants. The room was spacious and had a couch. The bed was comfortable but there were 2 holes in the spread. The sink drainage was a little slow. The coffee maker had burned coffe residue at the base, and the water receptacle had white residue in it so I didn't use it. The ice dispenser on my floor was out of order. I went up to the next level and couldn't find one at all. The grounds were somewhat littered and there were discarded mattresses stacked next to the dumpster. Overall, the place is ok for a quick overnight stay, but I wouln't stay longer than 2 days.
