Awful customer service. No help, had to find someone myself when I was in need of help, and then it wasn't great. I could barely get one's attention. No one attempted to make any effort to ease my stay after my flight had been delayed, having been flying for over 10 hours, and luggage was lost. I could barely get one's attention. Amenities were the bare minimum and despite a "do not disturb" sign, I was awakened hours earlier than check-out. I will never use another Ramada Inn and do not recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel because of an early flight in the morning. Never again! You get what you pay for. When we got to our room, it had been slept in!!

If you get a decent rate, Ramada is just fine. Don't expect to be treated like a princess, and don't complain. It's fine.

The ameneties are quite good. The room, for the price could not be any better. Pick-up from the airport is another matter. They do need to improve!
