This hotel was horrible!!! We were stuck in Seattle due to an awful storm and had to stay at a hotel close to the airport. I was trying to get assistance for a taxi from a local shopping center to the hotel (less than 2 miles) and the clerk said that no taxi's were running due to the weather and my only option was to have a car pick me up. When the car service contacted me they wanted to charge me $80. I decided to walk to a nearby bus terminal and find out what else was available...I was able to hail a taxi (cost $10)...when I got close to the airport there were 100's of taxi's around (no taxi's??). They then proceeded to charge me for the car when I got my final bill. I think the staff is a bunch of con-artists. The entire hotel smells like bad fish. The room was dirty and in dire need of a remodel. I was traveling by myself with two small children and I feel like the desk clerk was eager to take advantage of a bad situation.

/we stayed ther because of a snow forecast at Sea-Tac and found the staf to be very accommodating, particularly in helpng us wth a beyond-walkng distance restaurant and even providng a hefty coupon.

If all you need is a place to sleep near SeaTac, this will do. Clean, comfortable. Service was marginal - front desk said they would send someone to reset the room safe and fix the backed up bathroom sink but they never came. The restaurant served a good breakfast at a fair price. I didn't care for the Thai food for dinner. I would return but not if I wanted to be pampered.

Was perfect for us to fly in late from the east coast, rest comfortably for a few hours, then drive off to our final destination (Grandma's house!).
