I was able to get a clean room with a kitchenette, along with fitness room, pool, hot tub and sauna for a little over $50 a night. GREAT value and very friendly/helpful staff. They even drove me to the airport off their regular shuttle schedule after I missed the regular run (which runs every 20 minutes, 24 hours a day).

A little old and run down needs a update. No elevators so you have to drag your suitcases up and down flights of stairs if you do not have a room on the first floor.

Room smelled like smoke, even though it was non smoking

While the price is reasonable, you should know before going that there is no elevator, and if you want a nonsmoking room you will have to lug your suitcase(s) up a flight of stairs. If things are slow, someone will help you, but this was a discouraging find at 1 am coming from the airport. My room was nonsmoking but smelled strongly of old smoke and some cloying chemical they'd used to try to remove/cover up the smoke smell. Ick. Breakfast not included. Staff however was very pleasant, and the shuttle came to pick me up quite promptly.
