Restaurant in hotel was particularly disappointing both in service and courtesy and care shown to residents.

Room was OK, staff was friendly, and the diner-style restaurant served a good breakfast. Please note that the hotel has a shuttle to and from the airport -- I wasted $20 on a cab to get there.

The room was perfect, and the welcome from the staff was excellent. The only negative comment I would have with regard to the place, was that the entrance lobby was somewhat dowdy. Whilst the staff were very welcoming, the lobby left a little to be desired.
