The lady receptionist during my checkout was not so friendly in helping the customer. I informed her that the printer is not working. She just casually responded by saying "there's no ink". I asked for another way to print, she said "none". In desparation, I browse the control panel and found out that the setting was wrong. In short, I was able to print my pass. When confronted, the receptionist said she was informed the other day that there is no ink in the printer. Obviously, no one lifted a finger to check or change the ink...I'm giving an award for "laziness" to the receptionist. The room needs deodorizer, the pillows should be changed, they stink.

Was there for job interview. Mostly everything was good, clean room, bath, etc. The halls were dark and dirty, with some towel lying around on the floor first day and still there on the second day! The room was good, however, so no complaints there. Basically, good room for this money.
