We Booked this online and paid 174.00 with you. When we arrived expecting a very nice room for the price we received, we were very disappointed. No fridge, no microwave and a very tiny room. In fact 2 star size. What made us really angry there was people booking in a the same time for the same room paying 88.00. The travel brochure at the tourist info was also giving out coupons for the same price! Not impressed with this service.

Overall, the hotel was ok. But there are no good food near the hotel and little bit far from downtown.

This was an ordinary hotel. The prices of hotels in the Boston area are quite high, so this is a regular not so cheap not so great experience.

The shuttle away from hotel had poorly communicated pickup times. Staff was often rude. The room was unclean and smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a nonsmoking room. Steer clear unless no other options are available.

Very Good Hotel - Very comfortable, clean, has an effective/effecient hotel shuttle to & from Logan Airport, Front desk staff can be a little more polite; good breakfast - a little expensive though

The hotel was more like a motel but was clean. The bathroom sink was outside the bathroom, which was a negative. We probably wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The room was clean, although I did not prefer the bathroom sink to be outside the bathroom itself. The hotel was more motel-like, which made the price of $145 a bit more steep. We probably would not recommend this hotel to future guests.

The rooms were clean but small. The building was more of a motel feel than a hotel; had I known this prior, I wouldn't have decided on the Ramada. Also, the rooms are numbered in an illogical fashion, which created an extra amount of time spent trying to find our room.

The hotel was well used. We had a queen non smoking room. The bed was a full, we sleep in a queen at home so we know. Asked about it at the desk and they say it is a queen. Well the room was musty and the bathroom floor should not be walked on with bare feet. The linens were great but the mattress as poor as they come. Springs in the back. The pictures on their site were taken some time ago. Not at all what we expected for the cost. One of two places to eat was a bowling alley. Shuttles service was poor as you share with Comfort Inn guest as well. Had to wait several times to get a seat to the Transit stop. Hot in the halls and elevator.

We enjoyed the Sam Adams brewery, Freedom Trail, Quincy Market, Beacon Hill and Fenway Park. This trip was fun except for the hotel.

The staff was very nice, always spoke in the hallways, wanted to be sure you had what you needed. The subway station shuttle was generally on time, both in leaving the hotel and in picking up at the station; the easy access to the subway ("T") was a wonderful addition to the trip; an unlimited week long pass was a great bargain! I really appreciated the great breakfast in the mornings. I am diabetic and the "continental breakfast" (sweet rolls or doughnuts) many hotels provide is a disaster for me; here I was able to eat a scrambled egg, yogurt, and a fresh piece of fruit. My nephew was able to eat a waffle or toast and juice as well. The room was very nice and very clean; I didn't worry about walking around barefoot. Though there was not a restaurant actually in the hotel, there were two within half a block. I would happily stay there again and reccommend it to anyone I know traveling in the Boston area. I was very pleased.

I arrived at the airport at 9:10pm, proceeded to the shuttle area at 9:45pm. Called hotel to request pickup. Shuttle took a very long time to arrive and the trip to the hotel had multiple stops. The shuttle finally arrived at the hotel at 11:15pm. On check in, was given a map to help locate my room. Map was hard to read, hall were dark/dim/creepy. The layout is like a maze and it is very hard to find your room. The numbering sequence of the rooms is very confusing. Throughout my travels, I have never seen anything like this. I finally located my room at 12:00am. Did not feel safe with the link chain lock. Though the staff was nice and the hotel had several shuttle routes that take you to several areas throughout Boston, I will not be lodging at this facility again unless a major renovation is done.

The hotel itself was okay, just a place to sleep and nothing special. The place wasn't filthy, but it wasn't sparkling clean either. The worst part was the other guests. There was a hiphop dance party taking place in the room down the hall from us. It took over an hour and well past 1am to get it cleared out. It's hard to sleep through something like that and the static and chatter from the radios of the 4 Boston cops that showed up didn't lull us to sleep either! Worst stay in a hotel ever!

Hotel was in an odd location. While you could see the hotel, it was difficult to find out how to actually get to it. The appearance of the halls and elevator was dinghy. Room was very basic. I was disappointed with it based on the cost. On the plus side, the breakfast was unbelievably good - the woman who prepares the food does a fabulous job. It went way beyond most continental breakfast offerings at other hotels. Many of the other guests were European and it was delightful to share breakfast tables with them.

The hotel IS located outside of Boston but they run a very good shuttle service to and from the airport and also to and from the nearest subway station. The shuttle to the subway runs every half hour all day and then the subway only takes 10 minutes to get to downtown boston. They went out of their way to make sure we had no problem getting into the city and were able to give us great tips on where to go. The hotel itself is a bit dated but the room was spotless and it had everything you could need.
