Situated in Allentown directly across from the Lehigh Valley Mall at route 145, Ramada Inn is convenient to I-78 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Dorney Park and Wild Water Kingdom are worth a visit.

ice machines not working the entire stay. desk personnel always taking on the phone while customers are waiting.

I was not able to actually stay at the hotel due to flight delays. However, the staff was exceptional and provided excellent customer service.

room was clean, microwave and refrigerator was nice,; due to major flooding in area it was determined that tap water was unsafe to drink and the hotel provided bottled water for consumption; it was not convenient to get to hotel from opposite side of highway secondary to jersey barriers to separate highway without access to make left han turns

Staying at this hotel was great for the cost. Close to a lot of food choices and shopping. Exit/enterance was not that easy. Always had to do a U-Turn to get into hotel. There was little to no traffic noise from the highway right outside your window. The dear in the field was amazing! Staff at the desk was always helpful.

In from L. I., NY for Drum Corps contest and needed overnight rest for return trip. Facility personel friendly and efficient. Room clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast good. Booked on line with no problems.
