Hotel room was clean was spacious but the corridors were very knocked about and needed upgrading. Not worth the money considering no breakfast / location etc.

The hotel is looking a bit tatty in places and really needs a refurbishment. Our room was OK, it was clean and adequate for our needs. The location is some 15 mins walk to the nearest Skytrain station and then some 30 mins to central Vancouver.

There were a number of hiccups with the room. The remote was partly broken (still usuable though), the door to the room was difficult to shut and to open (minor annoyance only) but the real issue is that water ran into the toilet constantly and every few minutes water can be heard running through the pipes (a toilet flushing elsewhere in the building?)- reasonably loadly. This was overcome by simply closing the door to the bathroom.
