The weather was warm and there was no facility within the rooms to control the heat and even with the windows open the heat within the room was stiffling and a good nights sleep was not had. They need to address this. Air Conditioning needs to be considered soon.

The main problem with this hotel is that it is right next to the A20 & M20 hence there is constant traffic noise even throughout the night. The facilities are good (free use of leisure club). Note that the [website] rate does not include breakfast (£11.95 per person).

Good room furnishings though building showing its age and lacking 21stC essentials such as aircon
