hotel is basic but gives you value if you do not need to be in Manhattan. it is in an area which is like little India. good connection to subway, within 10 mins walk at 169 street. room is small but ok. easy access to food and basic amenities.

I got a very bad experience in this hotel. My family only stayed one night in this hotel and they charged us twice. I have already paid all the money before online and I had to pay again in the hotel. After I spent a longer time to contact their customer service, they agreed to return my money in 6 weeks!!! Now I am still waiting for the check and I possibly will need another 5 weeks. I have booked a lot of hotels worldwide for my holidays, but never found any troubles with any hotels and agents. Due to this bad experience, I will never book any hotel using this website and would not recommend this hotel to a friend.

It was noisy...but room was clean, nice bed, a little cramped for space but if you want to get by cheap and get a good room book here. They were good to me here!

Clean room (but too small for two double beds), clean, tranquil. Close to a subway station.

If you don't mind the distance from Manhattan, I would recommend this place! Maybe not the type of hotel that comes to mind when you think 'Ramada', but overall, it was clean, the staff was good, and the price was great! Only a few blocks from the Subway but allow ~40-45 minutes to get to Manhattan.

We were doing some work at Queensborough Library and the hotel was a 5 minute walk from there. It was also 3 blocks from the subway (F train) . The hotel was clean and included a continental breakfast.

The hotel is older, but not bad. Parking is very limited--if they run out of space, you're out of luck. The continental breakfast is barebones, but gets the job done. My room had an overly perfumed smell--the type used to mask old cigarette odor. Basic cable on flat screen tv was good, as was wireless internet, bathroom and fridge.

While the staff were responsive to problems encountered in the room they say first impressions last and we were not even shown to our rooms and left to struggle with suitcases etc. Maybe expected too much. THere was also a musty smell as you entered the room which lasted entire stay of three days. Sorry will not be going back there.

It's a very nice hotel, small room but remember you are in NY,my room was clean, nice plasma tv, very quiet neighborhood whit a lot of stores down the street.Breakfast was ok and they serve hot food and dunking donuts, nice! I stayed there for cotto-margarito fight @ msg and it took me like 40 min from there to msg. I came back @ 4 am in the morning and I still found some goods @ a 24hr store! I definitely use this hotel again!

Location is convenient with limited parking spaces. Bus stop is just cross the street and takes about 45 minutesakes to JFK Airport to Terminal 4 only. Subway is 3 blocks away. Room is clean. Staff is in general helpful.

The room was small but very clean and the bathroom looked brand new. Breakfast was ok with toast, bagels, cereals and a machine that served different kinds of coffee and hot chocolate. Additionally they had cold milk and orange juice (which was so sweet I couldn't get myself to drink it). the train station is a 3-5 minute walk and there are a all kinds of stores close by. the trip to the city takes about 35 min. All in all I liked it and it is defenetly worth the $89 we paid.

We reserved 3 rooms in this hotel for our 2 nights stay in NY. What a mistake! The first second you step into the lobby, you understand you made a mistake. THE WHOLE PLACE STINKS! Literally. I'm not sure if this is an authentic Indian food that the owners cook or the place just isn't clean. BUT IT STINKS EVERYWHERE! You can't hide from this smell. The staff is extremely impolite. On our last morning in the hotel, a receptionist called my room at 8 AM and in a very impolite manner asked me to move my car, because it was blocking other cars. I PARKED MY CAR EXACTLY WHERE I WAS TOLD TO BY THE NIGHT SHIFT RECEPTIONIST! Is this my fault they have a very small parking lot? I don't think so. When I asked him for his name because I wanted to complain, he simply said: "You go figure my name" and laughed in my face. Can somebody believe this kind of service in NY City in 2011? My suggestion: please, don't waste your money (the hotel isn't cheap). Find some decent place even if it cost you more.

The room was OK and clean, and the bed was confortable. The breakfast was OK too but it was always the same. The subway station was two blocks, but at 45 minutes distance to go to Time Square. The neighborhood wasn't good, too dark to walk during the night and very lonely, the same happened with the subway station.
