Right on the M1 so be perpaired for some trafic noise, other than that not bad, clean and well located for the M1 and Nottingham. The food and service in the bar opposite is good although you have to go out of the Hotel to access it, which can be a pain if it's raining as it was when I stayed. The walk around the Hotel to the car park has the same issue.

Hotel very handy for the motorway just off juction 25 Rooms were very clean and comfortable there was not a bar in the hotel although there was one over the courtyard which closed at 11,00 pm. I paid £49.00 for a double ensuite room which is excellent value!

The hotel staff were very helpful. It is on a main road so it is noisy but it wasn't a problem for us. Overall it was perfect for what we needed.
