Ramada Hotel Inverness Guest Reviews
Well positioned in the city. The experience was fine without being anything special.

Great hotel and staffs and location but the a little disappointed with the size of the bathroom. Nevertheless the bedroom was very big and has a separate sofabed and big enough for a cot bed and perfect view of the River Ness from our room and the bar.

We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and our room faced the street - the windows and walls do not block out much of the noise from the streets below. Excellent location!

The Room was warm (if a little shabby), the bed was comfortable, the water was hot (although the mildew on the ceiling was a little worrying!) and the breakfast was ok. What let this hotel down was the utterly dreadful service! The lady who cleaned my room was lovely, but the bar, resturant and front desk staff were not just difficult they were downright rude in some cases. The resturant food was horrid, if you have to stay here I would recommend the "Staging Post" pud for great service and excellent food.

The hotel could not be more centrally located for the city. The staff were all very helpful and the room was just what you would expect
