We needed a place to stay a night before catching the plane next morning, this hotel is a perfect stopover.

We had a problem with check in. We had a reservation for 3 nights but had booked with 2 companies. My sister and her 2 boys arrived first and they kept her waiting in the lobby until I got there with the paper work (about 2 hrs). I gave them everything I had on the cell phone but they still left her in the lobby until I got there. When I got there with the paperwork they got us in. I got an explanation of the error they made which I didn"t care about. No I'm sorry.

We stayed on the Excecutive floor the carpet in the room was dirty and crumpled. The sheet was very old and yellowish color. Most of all the cleaner kept asking questions when were we going to check out and it was still around 11:30 am before the check out time 12:00 pm. Although we were late by 15 minutes (12.15) the cleaner is not supposed to hassle the hotel guest with checkout time.
