Very attentive staff who are friendly and well trained. Hotel excellent, food was very well prepared in clean visible area, and dishes were tasty and well presented. Would happily recommend stayin g at this excellent hotel.

Not the easiest hotel to find, as it is not well signposted, but if you bear in mind that it is next to the amazingly named "Gnome Magic" & that it's just off a roundabout as you reach Colchester, you should get there! Staff very pleasant & helpful. Will certainly use the hotel again.
