"There was a very bad smell coming out from on-suit/toilet from sump/exhaust. Complained about it and was provided with air freshner. "

"excellant position in central Bristol walking distance to shopping centre and more. If you wanted to visit Bath this is the place to stay if you have a car. Comfortable bed, good linen, swimming pool and small gym. I would probably rate this as 33/4 stars only for the average cleanliness. "

"Ideally situated within the city centre and just a short walk to the waterfront area. the staff were very helpful and comprehensive maps to the city centre were freely available. The room was of a good size, clean, quiet and stylishly decorated. The breakfast was fairly pricey so we declined this and ate at at one of the waterfront cafes. We used the pool, which was smallish but clean, and we had it to ourselves. The pool was accessed through the gym, which appeared crammed into a corridor-like room. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, have no complaints and would use the hotel again."
