The hotel it's nice and clean but poor wifi access. Even in the hotel lobby, they don't provide wifi only an Internet service that you should pay quite expensive. The location it's just ok, it's not so close with the MRT but you can walk in 10 min. But there's KAL limo bus going to the airpot.

This hotel is clean and in a great location. The pricing is very good also. I have stayed at many hotels for business, Grand Hyatt, Ambassador, etc.... . For the business traveler who is in and out all day and don't care much about what the lobby looks like, this hotel is great. The lobby is very small but is a "don't care" for me.

Location is 5-10 mins away from subway and major shopping centres. Room is spacious and clean. Service is good. The airport bus picks guests up at the hotel's doorstep. I would stay there again as it stands out as a 3-star hotel.

We stayed at this hotel during the Easter holiday and were upgraded to junior suite with one living room and bed room. There is airport limosine bus (No. 6702) directly access to the hotel which is very convenient. However, it is quite quiet at night. Just a few mins walk to Seoul Station and City Hall Station. Both my husband and I enjoyed the stay there.

This was my first stay at a Ramada hotel and I was upgraded to a bigger room so of course I really enjoyed my short stay. I did not try the breakfast. Good things: KAL bus stops just outside, walking distance to Seoul Station. Clean, nice decoration. Not so good: Internet not free and disconnected a couple of times. But overall I was very pleased with my stay.
