Staff was friendly and helpful and accommodating. They brought everything we needed at our request. They fixed up our internet. The only thing was the cartridge for the printer ran out in the business center and took days to replace.

We have stayed at the Ramada Hong Kong several times. We like the old-style "condo" style of the rooms -- much more storage space than you would expect in a cramped city. Not convenient to access the MTR but that is offset by the roomier accommodations. WiFi is now free of charge, and flawless. Great staff. We would recommend new TVs -- the room had an ancient CRT, and please add Fox News to offset the liberal BBC and MSNBC. The beds are typically hard for Hong Kong, which takes time to get used to. Mattress toppers for us tender Westerners would help.

Room spacious and clean. Staff helpful except no MTR with only buses and tram but you can catch two airport buses at the side street just across the road charging only HK$40 per person with luggage to HK international airport.

We went to Hong Kong without knowing any Cantonese and had no idea where the hotel was in comparison to any local attractions. The hotel staff was able to help us in English which helped immensely and they were very friendly. The hotel is located in what looks to be more of a residential area and is close to fruit sellers, 7-11s, pharmacies, currency exchange, etc., which make it convenient, but is far from the Metro station. It's quite a haul to walk to it, and you have to go past the numerous fish markets, which weren't our thing, and can be pretty crowded. You can catch the streetcar to get there, but they're crowded and just adds another step to get to your destination. The room was beautiful, although the beds were quite hard, but we found that in Thailand also, so maybe it's more the norm in Asia. The rooms we had didn't have great views, one of them was overlooking what looked to be an abandoned building with a junk heap on the roof. (Hopefully temporary.) All in all, a good value and a very nice experience.

First of all the location of this hotel is not in Central. It's in Sheung Wan. The hotel shuttle never showed up at the Airport Express so we had to take a taxi - 50 Hong Kong dollars. Bus stops are located 3 to 5 minutes away, but you need exact change of coins for bus fare. Subway is a 25+ minute walk but is a better form of transportation because you can buy tickets there and it's much easier to figure out what lines to take to your destination and much faster. There are a lot of good looking Hong Kong style restaurants around. We had a great dim sum meal in a restaurant right next door. The hotel itself is so so. You have to buy internet access but you must use up all your time in one shot. There are 3 free computers but they are always busy. The staff is nice and helpful enough. It's just too far from all the main attractions.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 4 times previously and the service was good and the staff very friendly. That is why I decided to stay once again. Unfortunately, this time the price I paid was double than the previous times, the reception staff were very unfriendly, the room was not cleaned properly, the used towels were removed but no replacement was kept. When I asked for replacement towels, I was given very old torn towels which were over 3 years old. Very disappointing stay indeed!

when you thing about the service in Asia, you must try another hotel. The staff are dry and do not make effort to understand your problem. When you are in the hand of the manager it is worst... I do not recommend at all this hotel

TV is OLD and Furniture is old. WIFI is not free so it is not a good business hotel. However, the location is nice but the price is not compatiable with others newer hotel. A lot of mainland tourist around so it could be very crowded in the lobby....

It is a very clean hotel with a very nice location to either downtown or Metro. Also, the direct "Airport Bus" is right at the corner. Perfect location for a traveler with a limited budget!!!

Always a pleasure to stay at the Ramada in Hong Kong: large comfortable rooms; plenty of storage space; friendly staff. Getting a little old, but still good value for money

I stayed in a harbour view suite on the 12th floor. The room was great - decent size with seperate living area. Very good value for money! It was nice and clean and had everything I needed. The Chinese restaurant downstairs had great food. There was free internet downstairs, however always a queue so tended to buy my own token from reception (only HKD25 an hour though so not expensive).
