Ramada Hong Kong Hotel Guest Reviews
I have stayed at this hotel at least 4 times previously and the service was good and the staff very friendly.That is why I decided to stay once again. Unfortunately, this time the price I paid was double than the previous times, the reception staff were very unfriendly, the room was not cleaned properly, the used towels were removed but no replacement was kept. When I asked for replacement towels, I was given very old torn towels which were over 3 years old. Very disappointing stay indeed!

Bad Customer Service, Damp and Smelling Rooms, Amenities are basic worse than motels. Will not recommend to anyone.

when you thing about the service in Asia, you must try another hotel. The staff are dry and do not make effort to understand your problem. When you are in the hand of the manager it is worst... I do not recommend at all this hotel

TV is OLD and Furniture is old. WIFI is not free so it is not a good business hotel. However, the location is nice but the price is not compatiable with others newer hotel. A lot of mainland tourist around so it could be very crowded in the lobby....

It is a very clean hotel with a very nice location to either downtown or Metro. Also, the direct "Airport Bus" is right at the corner. Perfect location for a traveler with a limited budget!!!
