Hotel was average in every aspect. Location is close to Boat Harbour but not to the Jetty, or Torquay where the main dining precint and action is. Standard room is very standard so we paid to upgrade for "luxury room" which is not that luxurious. When housekeeping came to tidy room after first night, they just made the bed, did not wash dishes or clean the floors. Service at reception is very slow only one receptionist on duty. On the Friday, even if other staff were present in the office no one helped out at reception. Had to wait in line each time I needed something.
