For the price, is a good honest hotel, clean, old mattresses, but clean. The best... the location close to Disney and the Lobby, terrace and other amenities, great.

December 26th thru January 2nd. Awesome time. Upgraded to the "suite" for an upcharge. Very well worth it. The little man had his own room as the adults. Very close to all the Orlando attractions. The staff is very friendly, the hotel grounds are beautiful. Stay away from the gift shop in the lobby !!! $2 for a $0.79 lighter and an attitude to boot. The pool area was beautiful. The laundry area needs some work. (only accepts tokens) Would recommend it to anyone and go back tomorrow if I could..

Before making reservations I always look for, among other things (e.g. bed size, distance to places of interest, etc.) availabilty of wi-fi which this hotel claimed to have but unfornately did not provide any during my time of stay. This was indeed a nuisance which ruined plans that I have made. I asked in the front desk and they said they were working on it but never fxed the problem they were supposedly having. I never received any apology from not having received a service they advertised they offered. Had I known they did not have any wi-fi at all, I would have definitely booked somewhere else. I felt lied to; they should have given me a discount. I am not renting in any Ramada again.

The motel is old and shows it. But it was clean and everything worked well. The staff were all very nice and helpful. AND they allow pets (I had 2 small dogs that always travel with me) There is a dog walk in the back corner but not many other places to walk them. Location.. location... location .. It is about 5 min. from the Disney entrance and there are many places to eat on the same route just to the west. They were in the process of cleaning the carpets which bodes well for the future. I'll use this place many times in the future. Excellent value .. you can't beat the price !

Though they wouldn't allow us to check in an hour earlier than scheduled & the checkout time is very early, in my opinion (10:00 a.m???) & our programmed key entry card did not work, it was still a great stay for the price!

This hotel property is a great price for the value. We left saying we will definitely stay there again and again, especially for quick trips to Disney when all we need is a safe, comfortable place to sleep and a good shower. My husband actually said how refreshed he felt when he woke up in the morning after a 15 hour day at Disney the previous day. Great hotel! Nothing fancy, but meets all of our needs.

Please do not go by the picture you see on the website. what you see is NOT what you get ! The bed s were hard and squeaky , the smoke alarm was barely hanging with the support of wires, The electrical outlets were old and not working. The flush was running day/night, the restroom door would not even close..,... Seems like this hotel was built in the 60's and never updated. Please do not waste you money on this lousy deal.

I booked the hotel room online and had to pre-pay for the entire stay ( 2 rooms). I did not have a problem with that as I thought I was getting a great deal. Well, I was wrong. What they don't tell you online is that this particular hotel has a hotel and motel on the same property. The internet price was for the motel - again they don't tell you that online. When we got there the property seemed nice enough, so I didn't worry too much. We got to the room and everything was old and worn out. There were holes in the blankets, most of the lights didn't work, the rooms were musty smelling and I had to use a plastic bag to even dare to turn on the light switch (that was covered in a layer of grime). It was late and I was quite angry that I was stuck with this room. The next day I went to the desk and asked them for different rooms since mine were DISGUSTING! The "gentleman" working at the front desk were very rude and was mocking me when I told him the rooms were disgusting. He told me that the rooms in the hotel and motel were the exact same and that they were cleaned and maintained in the same manner BUT that I could move into the actual hotel for an additional $20 per room per night. I went to look at the new rooms and there was a world of difference. The rooms were actually clean and up to date and the wifi worked there. Needless to say, I paid for the upgrade. I'm very disappointed that the website does not tell you about the differences. If you stay here be sure that you are getting a room in the hotel tower.

We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon back in February and now agree we should have just stayed at one of the Disney properties. The 1st night of our arrival, we checked in and was put in a room poolside. That was fine. We decided to go explore Orlando a little bit and returned to find our room borderline flooded from a pressure washing job maintenence was doing on the roof. Yep...we had a roof leak and everything was soaked. We were then "upgraded" to one of the Tower Suites...what a joke. The room smelled stale and the TV was very fuzzy. The air conditioner was noisy and we just felt dirty in the beds. Checking out was a nightmare also. We were charged a $25 deposit that was supposed to be fully refundable...well here it is November and nothing. The staff was rude and you had to pay for everything in the business center including using the computer. We will never stay at this property again.

The hotel itself was fine. However I have 2 issues. $50 additional for a small dog plus $25 cleaning deposit seemed high since many hotels don't charge any extra. And although they advertise free wifi, it was never available in my room. The desk clerk said to bring my pc the lobby for access. That only worked 1 out of 3 days. The other 2 days I had to bring my work to the McDonalds down the street to get it done. What an unexpected hassle.

Not a horrible hotel. Looks nice from the outside, but the rooms leave much to be desired: stains on carpet and bed comforters, static-y tv with few channels. Free wifi comes and goes when accessed from the rooms. The gentleman that checked me in told me that I might have to bring my laptop to the lobby to use the internet. Nice lobby area and appeared to have higher end dining options within hotel. Overall, I don't think I would stay here again.

Hotel is centraly located right near everything Olando has to offer. The room was not brightly lit which made it difficult to shave and for my wife to put on makeup. Coffee maker was inoperative and it took two days to get another. Mini fridge was sitting on the floor in the corner. It was hard to get in and out of it without bending over. In room wi-fi never worked even after telling the front desk and having them tell me they would correct it. There is NO elevator to access the second floor. You have to drag eveything up the stairs. Overall the room was clean, quiet and neat. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

I purchased a king size bed room which costs about $10.00 more than a regular double bed room. They gave me a double bed room and said I had to take to mistake up with Orbitz.. Not happy just a waste of my time.
