For a 4 star hotel - D'ma is one of my favourite hotels in Bangkok, the location is awesome for access to all areas. The staff are great, and the pool is quite nice with city views. The hotel has a 'slight' leak in their roof, and it smeells quite musty from the 16th floor and up, so upon booking it is recommended that you request 16th floor or lower, just to make you stay pleasant. (unless they've fixed it)

It's definitely value-for-money. Pratunam (the district where the hotel is located) is surprisingly well-located. It's near enough to the main shopping spots, yet far enough to escape the noise and crowds.

Generally good, only annoyance was that drivers out front practically ''attacked'' you to take their car and then were insulted that you didn''t.

Hotel was average, but the price was reasonable. Rooms were clean but plain. Breakfast buffet was varied, but the hot food was cold, even 15 mins after the buffet opened! Overall, I would stay again if I had to, but it wouldn''t be my priority.

The hotel was good, nice staff, location close to markets. Some confusion on arrival about extra beds in rooms for kids took a while to resolve. There was a low level of understanding English which seemed odd (not sure if this is normal in Bangkok). Poor internet facilities - hard to get logon etc. Pool area was very nice.

This was a return to the D''Ma Hotel after traveling to Northern Thailand. We were impressed with D''Ma the first time and we weren''t disappointed upon our return.

Very conveniently located, I can go to all the places (shopping, massage, beauty salon) I want by just walking. Lately along the roadside they have opened a few very authentic Thai seafood restaurants.

Hotel upgraded the second room to de luxe. I booked direct with them a third room which they were very helpful with and made adjoining. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is renovating the main dining room and offers only breakfast for now. The seating is large tables, family style so it is impossible to enjoy any privacy or quiet as you start the day off. Duddafend''s is the lobby cafe and has only limited seating and a limited menu. The nearby Princess Hotel has a very large menu and huge dining room as an alternative if you want to dine near the hotel. The staff were not as friendly and accommodating in the past, had to argue about a mini-bar charge for a coke that I had replaced from the nearby 7-11 store, for example. The hotel is near several cheap Internet cafes and local laundries and is not far from the Chit Lom skytrain stop, about a 15 minute walk. The price and location make this hotel still worth staying at.

The swimming pool is the most attractive facilities to me. Room is very tidy and clean. Since BTS becomes a popular and convenient transportation in BKK, free shuttle bus from hotel to BTS station would be a plus and attractive point in this hotel.

Hotel is situated away from the din of the Main Prathumwan market which can be reached by foot and is just a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The Room was very clean, staff was courteous although they need to improvise on their english communication skills. Good Menu for Breakfast. I have stayed here on many occasions earlier and would recommend staying here for anyone on Business or leisure trips both.

Had very good food with nice selection and a very nice pool. Many shopping areas were near at hand. Staff I encountered were always willing to help with any problem.
