Ramada Bintang Bali Resort & Spa Kuta Guest Reviews (12)
The hotel is lovely but expensive compared to other resorts. Mates stayed at the Kulama Pantai for the same cost and had magic rooms compared to the Ramada. Doors to the balcony dont shut tight so even though the aircon still works, it doesnt quite get nice and cold - what you want after a hot day outside. Still a lovely hotel and great staff.

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing 5 night stay at the resort. The pool was huge with lounges always available. Swim-up bar staff made for a great experience too. The array of food at the breakfast buffet catered for every palate and the theme dinners around the pool were made extra special with the cultural show. We especially enjoyed the romantic roof top candlelite lounge for an evening drink. The only negative was the noise from large tour groups coming and going early morning and late evening.

Nice Resort with good facilities. We were there for 10 nights and on one night, the guests in the next room had a noisy party with lots of visitors till 3am.There should be some rules about excessive noise after midnight. Restaurant staff tend to ignore smoking inside air-conditioned restaurant areas where it was desiginated for such.

this hotel does not offer much except for its location. cleanliness wise, one of the sheets was stained. it does not even provide basic toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste. concierge service was okay but the efficiency at the reception left much to be desired. there is not much interaction between staff and customers. there is quite a bit of variety with the breakfast provided, but that is about it.
