This hotel is disgusting and in total disrepair. Our room stunk of cigarettes and gas station cologne. The handles are falling of the doors, the sliding glass doors are smeared with fingerprints from top to bottom and I had the feeling there was an all night poker game to win ownership rights to a mail order bride the night before. Looks like a great place to go to film a Breaking Bad style meth bender. I pre-paid for this hotel and couldn't get any of my money back, but I would have paid ANY amount of money to NOT stay there for the night. Totally gross.

This hotel seems to have just been acquired by Ramada. The fixtures and furnishings seemed brand new as of October 2011. The free airport shuttle ends at 10pm, so we paid $35 for a taxi from the airport. Within close walking distance is a Target, Panda Express, 2 gas stations, Sadie's Mexican restaurant, and the Owl Cafe. A park and tennis court are also within walking distance. In a car, the hotel is about 15 minutes from Old Town, explora, museums etc. The breakfast buffet is pretty standard, vegetarians beware as the yogurt contains gelatin and the eggs have meat in them. The pool was very clean and well kept.

Service at this location was great, the only problem we had was getting some towels. We went for the Balloon Fiesta, also to visit more of Albuquerque. This is the fourth time we visit. This last trip was a lot better than the one before.

Disappointing all around. Stained carpets, broken toilet cover, bug on the bed (not a bed bug, we checked!) Substandard breakfast.
