The hotel is not bad. Good food. Close to the airport. The room we got didn't have window, just the fake one, so didn't feel good.

the walls are thin. staff sometimes aren't even behind the counter in the middle of the day. no security. I was pickpocketed in the hotel lobby at noon when the thieves spilled bbq sauce on me and I was busy cleaning it. The lobby was pretty small and still not security guard or any hotel staff supervising anything, even though the hotel's located in a shady neighborhood near the the airport.

The walls were not sound proof at all. very loud noises from other rooms. when checking out, there were no one behind the counter, had to wait a long time. Located in a dangerous place. I was pickpocketed in the hotel lobby while waiting for airport shuttle. 2 thieves spilled bbq sauce on me and stole from me while I was busy cleaning. The lobby wasn't even big at all, but there was no hotel security whatsoever to protect its guests. Definitely do not recommend

My friend and I stayed here on a layover from our 10 day trip to Panama and it was a perfect ending. The ONLY thing that bothered me was that they did not have my reservation on file, even though it was prepaid. They charged me the room value as a hold, and it was removed the next day when they worked out the problem. The staff was very friendly and the shuttle drove us form the airport despite the problem with my reservation (I found the shuttle fairly easily). We also left very early and did not have an issue with it, though I think they do only leave at certain times, so be sure to check. I loved the room decor - I felt like I was staying in a 5 star hotel! The room was not carpeted, which was actually nice and cooling. The bathroom was great and the tv was fine. There was no view, but the proximity to the airport made up for that. The BEST thing was the amazing dinner we had in their restaurant. The service was super friendly and good, the food was delicious, and it was not overpriced. I would come back to Mexico City just to stay at this hotel; I came to write a review just to recommend this place even though it's been over a year since our trip.
