Our weekend stay included a round of golf on the Pebble Course, afternoon by the pool and evenings at the hot tub. All very enjoyable. When dining out, we hit several places, all excellent. The room lived up to our expectations. A great Palms Springs weekend getaway. Thank you Raintree and Cimarron G.C. we will be jioning you again. RT and JT

There was nothing special to it. The map of the property was totally off and I got lost trying to find my room and get out of the property.

When I first stayed at this site I was Plesantely surprised, as time went by the property is going through something!! Good Location, but the rooms are dated, they need a STAFF... maids, etc.,.. it's lacking the essential, MAIDS/MAINTENCE.. I hope they get it together and soon because I really was impressed when I first stayed here, but now, I gather due to the economy it's losing POINTS! I can't recommend it anymore because of the bad experience I had this time .. Again hope they get it together.. and soon!!!!!

I Really love this Property, But seem like there going down, The Suites need renewing, furniture, beds, appliance etc., they need to hire more staff/maids, you can't check in til 4.. that's so Late when you coming off the road, too many issues, the location is good, just sad that there not keeping up with there rooms, went into my room and i gather the maid got called away,, and didn't finish changing the linen, and vacuming the floor, they left the dirty linen on the couch where we almost thought it was a person wrapped up in the linen and laying on the couch, it was a mess, so then the front desk changed our room to another only to find out the air condition wasn't working properly.. so the next day when we checked out we complain, and we where told to contact who we booked with!!... So sad, and I had some good experiences with this property, and now seem like there going through something!!! the price is good, but they need to iron out alot of there KINKS!!! It's always quiet, nice area.. but the HOTEL NEED to get it TOGETHER!!!!!

The photographer for this hotel deserves a raise! The pictures are absolutely stunning and a little misleading. However, the pictures are of the one bedroom suites, not the standard suites. The standards are a bit unusual with half a wall dividing the room into two tiny spaces. THe bathrooms are larger than they need to be and each room has a garage. So they space could have been used in a more efficient way, but overall it's still better than a standard at a traditional hotel because you do have the full kitchen. The staff is friendly and attentive and after a few hours it starts to feel like home. I would absolutely stay here again, but I would get the one bedroom instead.
