Booking thru agent ,make me very trouble :( waited too long ans wasted my time :(

Mosquitoe infested lobby and cockroaches everywhere in room. bought non-smoking room but room was filled with cigarette smell. Room smelled dusty too and affected my breathing considerably. Hot water was not hot and toilet flush was stuck and water kept following. no facilities like safe or iron and bar fridge in room was not switched on and empty and had cockroaches inside. Make sure you check that no cockroaches follow you home in your bags. so bad my friend staying in another room I booked for him said he will strip off his clothes before he gets into his house just in just there were bed bugs.

At first I was given a room with twin bed as they say they do not have queen size bed, the found cockroach in the room, but indeed Radius upgrade me to deluxe room, but very poor housekeeping htat my room is not cleaned properly and the very last night 11/11/11 I stay that I heard very big noise of slamming door and I complain to reception but they do nothing to it.I really disappointed in staying at radius hotel., hope they can improve the service and renovate the rooms.

One room they can sale to more than 1 guest; mean after you check-in, any time other may have your room key card and open your room. Not secure. Also every morning, even you are stay for more than 1 night, about 9.30am their staff may knock your door and asked you what time you what to check-out?????

In Bukit Bintang area.. Near to Jalan Alor (Where lots of nice local food located).. Staff are friendly and patient in handling the big loads of customer..
