The pubs in front of the hotel are creating a lot of noisy from late night till morning.

It's very noisy as there is a row of pubs located in front of the hotel.

Their staff very proud and provided no smile service specially when go for breakfast. They treated their guests like begger for their breakfast. No nice breakfast, every day the same. Small place. Bad, very bad service....

The Radius is very much a tourist class hotel. It is in a super location,however, a couple of minutes walk to Jalan Bukit Bintang, and right in the best bar/restaurant street in KL - literally 40m from great bars. The hotel is slightly run down, but the air con works great, and at least all the taxi drivers know where it is. We found the concierge staff helpful, but the check-in counter folk not at the same standard. Probably reasonable value at around 150 Ringgit a night.

The room on the 18 floor had a fantastic view of Petronas twin Tiowers and was roomy and comfortable. The room was kept clean and all services were good. The let down however is the rest of the hotel, which really needs a complete makeover, it is very tired looking, the carpets in the corridors look worn and dirty and unfortunatly the whole hotel stinks of smoke, which I suppose is not unusual in Asia. Breakfast is poor and not wortth the price charged However for the rate charged for the room I would say it is good value, you should not expect 6 star accommodation at 3 star price.
