Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was excellent. Only problem was arranged airport pickup did not happen.

I would use the hotel again but a few points irritated me. Despite being warned not to drink the water there was a charge for the bottled water in the room, not consistently levied. I think drinking water should be available free in the room in a hotel of this rating. The toilet flush did not work initially and nor did the room safe. They were fixed efficiently in the end, but not until we asked a second time several hours later. If using the Business Centre one needs to be familiar with a Spanish keyboard. The @ proved a problem for me which I never did solve!
