I'll admit, this hotel was cheap. Don't be fooled by the pictures though and spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else. Pretty much the whole hotel needs updated and our room wasn't very clean. There was a room service tray in the hall when we arrived in the morning and was still there the next morning when we left. On of the ice machines was propped up on bricks. The cupboard in our room had old coffee and dust caked on it. The tub was peeling and had hair on the stopper. The thermostat had been updated, but the wallpaper still showed where the old one was, same as the hairdryer. A new one was put up and the holes and spackle were just hanging out, not painted over or anything. They also offer a computer center that was roasting and I swear it was dial up. I didn't make a complaint while we were there, even though the back of the card to the room said to let them know if we weren't 100% satisfied and they'd make it right. I felt like there was nothing they could do but refund our money and we would go somewhere else, because a new room wouldn't have made a difference, I think they were all the same. Also, our room number was 3XX but was on the 2nd floor. Another person we were talking to had a 2XX room number but was on the 3rd floor. Then there were 8XX room numbers on the 2nd floor too. Strange. Spend a little extra and stay elsewhere!

We found the bathroom a bit small but otherwise the room was good size. No problems with the stay at all. Looked into booking a room for a night or two 6 mos. ahead, but the hotel was already all booked up

Great value! Didn't like the sleep number beds though. We did encounter a few problems but they did what they could to make things right!

It was great! However, the traffic was horrendous, and it's hard to find parking and walking space. Overall, wonderful stay and beautiful swimming pool.

Staff was very pleasant, very accomadating with an earlier than normal checkin, food was good, the facility was very clean inside and out, all of the staff was friendly and professional and willing to help. This was an excellent experience, including their shuttle service to the Port. I would definitely stay there again. John and Cathy Phila, PA.
