The service was soso. In several times I requested a microwave in our room and I never received. However, it is a good place to sleep and enjoy New York.

Friendly staff, good location, great security, Starbucks on premise, late open cafe are the good points. Narrow bathroom, broken bathroom door handle were the negatives. Reported the problems at the front desk. Got an apology and promise to have it fixed. I would definitely go back to this place. Centrally located and very secure to walk around. Lots of restaurants nearby.

My husband and I wanted to spend a few days at MoMA, and the Radisson was the perfect place to stay. All the conveniences we needed and a short walk from the museum.
