Radisson Hotel Phoenix City Center Guest Reviews
The rooms were well kempt and the breakfast buffets had a great variety. The pool was a little murkey mostly due to the sand storm that had occured the day before we arrived and was uninvitinting to swim in. There was several times when we could here people running up and douwn the hall and the people in the next room's TV being loud over our TV. The parking garage was dark and I did not see any monitors in there. On the last day I called and left a request for a wake up call but it never came it was a good thing we were excited about coming home and was up early.

The photos on the internet are miss leading on that hotel. The pool pump was broke and the pool was dirty. We spent most are time cleaning it with a net with a hole in it.

Avoid this dump at all costs. Radisson hotels should be ashamed to have this filthy location under their flag. The room was dirty, smelled like smoke, and the a/c barely worked. Oh yea, its in a shady part of town. Do not stay here.

I travel to Phoenix in the summer months in order to go to some WNBA games. This was the first time I decided to stay at the Radisson. The location and the front desk staff were great. The room furniture like the desk, chairs, bedding, and carpeting were very dated. But the room and bathroom were clean and well equipped. Also, the applicances in the room were new. So for the price, overall the accommodations were very adequate.

Very accommodating. Pretty good complimentary breakfast buffet.
