Great locatation and very clean rooms Staff were fantastic Rooms are a little small and beds (air beds essentially) are very uncomfortable There was also a chair in the room which was so difficult to move as it had no wheels and was very heavy

Located at the heart of Fishermans Wharf, it was a short walk to Peir 39 for shopping and local restaurants. North Beach is just a short walk away for some fantastic inexpensive Italian restaurants. When we checked in, the concierge informed us on what events were taking place in San Francisco over that weekend, which was very helpful. We rented bikes for the day, just around the corner from the hotel, and rode across the Golden Gate Bridge and to Golden Gate Park. Also bought tickets for the hop-on hop-off bus tour which took us to Haight-Ashbury and the Walt Disney Museum at the Presidio. Only negatives was that our air conditioning didn't work and our room overlooked the street so we did get a little noise from the occassional tram. Didn't ask for another room because we had a great view of Coit Tower and the Trans-America Pyramid. Not much available for breakfast in the area but I prefer Fisherman's Wharf to Union Square for cleanliness and safety while walking around at night.

Our initial room was above the road and lobby entrance so very noisy. There was no fridge or microwave. Went to ice machine on our level and it was U/S. 5 minutes later cleaning staff entered our room by mistake. The manager was very understanding and offered us another room on the Wharf side with a fridge. This motel is all about location, as there is access to the wharf side and North Point? We changed our 4 night stay into 5.

The hotel was right at Fisherman's Wharf. The staff was friendly. One small problem was that there were kids running up and down the hall outside our room at night which could easily be heard in the room.

Stepping out of the rear entrance right into the wharf! All the great seafood restaurants & the hop off hop on tour buses a couple of blocks away. friendly & helpful staff . All in all a good place to stay!

Rooms and staff are good. No dining room nor bar make it more of a motel. 2 story car park right outside 2nd floor windows are irritating because of exit doors that bang at all hours.

The Radisson is perfectly located within walking distance of everything needed for tourists looking for Wharf activities and then some. The amenities are minimalist, without alot of glamour. Basic, clean rooms, nothing more. The only downside is that the windows shoud be upgraded to soundproof the noise from the streets around the wharf. Cars, trucks, buses, trams and drunken revellers can keep up the light or not so light sleepers.

Great location with plenty of things to see and walk to. Staff was friendly! Housekeeping laid all of my makeup and jewelry out on a little towel after cleaning the bathroom. I love the big palms and the fire pit in the courtyard, although I wish they wouldn't allow smoking out there. I also wish we upgraded to a room with a refrigerator and microwave. Happy with the stay overall. Very close to everything and easy to get cabs.

We just got back from a 2 night stay at the Radisson. The hotel staff was courteous but not overly friendly. The room was clean but average. The only chair in the room was a desk chair. Not a lot of sitting options other than on the bed. It was at an amazing location and the fireplace outside was a very nice touch!

the telephone did not work--even the emergency dial was out of order and never got fixed the sleep number control did not work--the electrician came in and dialed to the number we wanted but it turned back to the original number and stayed stuck again all night...NOT a good night for two old folks trying to get a little rest from work!

The best location you can get for a hotel in San Francisco. It's 1 1/2 blocks from pier 39 and 1 1/2 blocks from fishermens wharf. It's within walking distance of almost everything. Can be a bit pricey, but reserve a room at least 2 weeks in advance and you can get some good deals. From the outside it looks a bit dated, but the inside has been remodeled and is very nice. It has a medium sized pool, a small but well equipped fitness room, and a fire pit in the courtyard. The staff was courteous, helpful, and professional. It also has a back entrance that opens onto the Embarcadero. The only downside is the parking, they charged $45 a day when I stayed there, but a block away there was parking for $30.

The room was small, over prized,$240:00, I didn't like I had to pay for parking $38:00 dollars, and free coffee and donuts was not offered in the morning, there was a charge for everything, I will not stay there again.

We drove up from San Jose to play "tourist" at Fisherman's Wharf for the weekend. The Radisson was clean, comfortable, close to everything, and the staff was friendly and competent. A short walk through a hallway from the courtyard takes you directly to the "action". We'd definately stay there again.

Had a room next to the road and found it very noisy, and , although we arrived on 18th October, the room was very warm during the night. Great location for Fisherman's Wharf.
